A VISIT can be considered a one-time booking that includes the services requested by the account holder. A VISIT must be completed at a valid SERVICE ADDRESS listed on the account holders’ membership, requested by a valid ACCOUNT HOLDER (or ATLAS Pass ID Card) completing SERVICES that fall under the ATLAS MEMBER’S PASS.
A SERVICE can be any of the following PLATINUM or GOLD SERVICES listed below. Access to the services for free access depends on the PASS the MEMBER chooses at the time of signing up with an ATLAS EXPERT.

The ATLAS Kings began as a means to an end and needed service. It quickly blossomed into unique way for services for our community can be offered. The Kings each specialize in each aspect of our ATLAS Passes:
Natalie has ran the delivery and moving side of the business for past 3 years. With a strong sales & team management background, quickly onboarding retailers has grown the customer base to gain opportunity for better service all around.
Michael has been compiling his list of happy customers for the past 7 years in lawncare, property maintenance and small moves. Attention to the level of service provided is a key attribute that brings customers back year after year.
Avery is Jack of all Trades managing bookings, contractors all while completing moves, deliveries, landscaping, and let’s be real, probably more to come!
Nathaniel has a knack for furniture installs, handyman service while his feet love to beat to the drum of delivery and moves.

ATLAS KINGS got their start by providing top notch delivery, moving and in-house moves to local furniture, home hardware and cabinet retailers. Attention to detail and ease in providing a smooth delivery experience for large, difficult items is top priority for this team of KINGS.
Each VISIT includes up to 2-movers, 50km, 3 items, maximum of 300lbs & up to 3 stops. This SERVICE can also used as an in-home only request to maneuver items at one location only, moving items from one room or level to another within the home. The same mover, item and weight mentioned above per VISIT apply.

DIY Repairs, Prevention Tips & In-Home Visits
This unique process saves boatloads of time, money and headaches having an expert on speed dial and will have you telling your friends about us!
This SERVICE only covers properties listed under the ATLAS PASS, so don't forget SERVICE LOCATION add-on for $99 for each additional address as needed. A VISIT considers an issue as a state of repair necessary to maintain safety, thus, by neglecting the issue may cause unsafe circumstances within the home. All repair, maintenance issues or prevention tips carried out by HANDY SERVICE KINGS must be unrelated to renovation, rehab or intentional construction work being done at the SERVICE LOCATION. A VISIT consists of an initial video consult call, DIY phones calls with an industry expert, maximum of 3, one in-home visit, maximum of 3 hours of work completed in total.

RODENT SERVICE
Preventative Care & DIY Services

This SERVICE treats your home for all entryways, possible hazards and small handywork involved to add a layer of protection from such elements.
Similar to the DIAGNOSITIC SERVICE, if critters do make their way into the home, this stressful scenario can be mitigated with the help of a PROTECT SERVICE KING by discussing the various options and solutions for removal.
Similar to the HANDY SERVICE, a VISIT can include an initial consult or in-home assessment for preventative, phone calls with an expert, maximum of 3 and a maximum of one in-home visit, total of 1 hour.

DECLUTTER SERVICE
De-Clutter Your Space, Declutter Your Mind
As most of us know, living in a small space or same place for an extended time may start to feel 'cramped'. This SERVICE allows PROTECT SERVICE KINGS to come in, assess your space of interest that has simply become too much for you to tackle alone.
They will discuss goals of the VISIT ie. to be aesthetically pleasing, organized and functional again or how to declutter the space, in general. Then, a plan and step-by-step guide and knowledge to master the space will be provided. A VISIT consists of a 1 hour in-home consult which includes DIY guide, plan and in-person strategy to meet your space goals, up to 2 follow-up calls to ensure the space is on track to stay de-cluttered.
DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE
Calling All Appliances, We Need a Doctor!
If an appliance goes ka-put, its often a stressful experience as it usually happen out of the blue... like on Thanksgiving weekend! This SERVICE is unique where you will instead have options. Step 1 is you can call the diagnosis technicians to review the appliance and provide their recommendations. If the diagnosis comes back where the appliance is not fixable, Step 2 is you can decide to have the PROTECT SERVICE KINGS bring you a loaner appliance until you shop for your new one, Step 3 is you can remove your old appliance with this SERVICE to also take that headache off your plate.
